基于农田水利组织模式及管理措施的探索

摘要

农田水利工程在新农村建设中对提高农业生产率,实现粮食增产起着决定性作用. 其组织管理模式及措施也决定着水利建设工作的开展,以辽宁省为例,探索适合当地的组织管理模式,确保各项建设工作按计划进行,对其组织管理模式、管理措施及管理经验进行了探讨.%the irrigation and water conservancy projects plays a decisive role to improve agricultural productivity andachieve food production in the new rural construction. Its organization and management mode and measure also determines the development of water conservancy construction work. Taking Liaoning Province as an example , this paper explores the suitable local organization and management mode, to ensure the construction work according to the plan, the organization management mode, management measures and management experience are discussed.
