the excavation of retaining wall on the left side of the Qinglan aqueduct entrance came across the natural gas pipeline, because of no migration time, so try to protect to guarantee the successful construction and save time, but the protection scheme has some risk, also must increase the investment in protective engineering, which requires the protec-tion construction must be under the condition of the guarantee absolutely safe and solve the problem with the smallest in-put. This paper makes comparison and selection of the steel sheet pile supported scheme , soil nailing wall protection scheme and the reinforced concrete piles supporting schemes on the safety, economy and construction speed and so on, and determines the reinforced concrete piles supporting schemes is use to solve the construction difficulties.%青兰渡槽进口左侧挡墙开挖遇到天然气管道，由于没有迁移时间，所以想办法防护保障顺利施工和节约工期，但防护方案存在一定的风险，必须加大防护工程投入，要求防护施工必须在保证绝对安全的情况下，以最小的投入解决问题。通过钢板桩支护法方案、土钉墙防护方案、钢筋混凝土灌注桩支护方案的安全性、经济性和施工速度等比选，选择灌注桩方案顺利解决了问题。
