现代城市建设中水利工程发展方向分析

摘要

水是城市发展的命脉，现代城市发展中面临水资源短缺、水环境恶化、水生态破坏等一系列问题，而人们对亲水、戏水等娱乐场所的需求，也是城市发展急需解决的问题。过去，水利工程在解决我国水资源短缺、洪涝灾害、环境保护、水土流失等水问题中起到了无可替代的重要作用。未来，水利工程建设将更多地向城市供水、水资源节约利用、水环境改善、水生态保护、水景观建设等方面倾斜，创建人、水、城和谐发展的水生态文明城市。结合衡水市水利工程建设、改造实例，提出了今后城市水利工程建设发展方向的几点见解。%Water is the lifeline in the development of city, facing a series of problems of water resource shortage, water environment deterioration and water ecological damage in modern city development.The demand for hydrophilic , water and other places of entertainment is an urgent need to solve the problem of city development. In the past , water conservancy engineering has played an irreplaceable important role in solving the problem of water shortage in China, flood disaster, environmental protection and soil and water loss. In the future, the construction of water conservancy projects will tend to the city water supply, water resources saving and utilization, water environment improvement, water ecological protection and water landscape construction, create water ecological civilization city of the harmonious development of human, water and city. Based on the actual example in the Hengshui city water conservancy project construction, renovation, this paper puts forward some advice about the future direction of city water conservancy project construction.
