武烈河流域水环境保护邹议

摘要

This paper analyzed the situa tion of Wulie River basin and its water environment, the problems of basin environment is pointed out. The goal of Wulie River water resources protection is planned and the countermeasures were put forward to protect the Wulie River basin.%分析了承德市武烈河流域水环境现状，指出了流域环境存在的问题；规划了武烈河水资源保护目标，进而提出了保护武烈河流域的对策措施。
