基于三维可视化平台的水资源监控主题服务研究

     

摘要

针对当前水资源监控管理系统开发混乱、效率低、难以继承等问题,为了提高水资源监控管理能力建设,并满足用户个性化需求及提高系统的灵活性和扩展性,提出面向水资源监控主题提供三维可视化平台服务.提出面向主题的应用模式,通过用户需求定制个性化组件,采用三维地理信息系统World Wind组件对其进行开发扩展,快速搭建三维可视化平台提供数据、信息的综合集成与展示.以陕西省国家水资源监控能力建设项目为依托,开发的三维可视化平台具有较好的扩展性和三维展示效果;提出这种面向水资源监控主题的应用模式,大大提高应用服务灵活性、主动性,提高组件化的扩展性和移植性,并且体现业务应用方面的个性化与人性化,对今后软件更高级功能的开发及三维可视化方面提供重要的借鉴意义.%According to the disorder, inefficiency and difficulty in inheritance and other problems of water resources monitoring and management system, in order to improve the monitoring and management of water resources capacity-building, and to meet the user''s individual requirements and enhancing the system''s flexibility and scalability, three-dimensional visualization platform themed on water resources monitoring is provided. Firstly, theme-oriented application model is proposed, then individualized components are customized according to user requirements by utilizing the three dimensional GIS World Wind components to develop and extend it. Finally, the three-dimensional visualization platform would be rapidly constructed to provide data, information integration and display. Based on the national water resource monitoring capacity construction project in Shaanxi province, the developed visualization of three-dimensional platform has better scalability and three-dimensional demonstration effects. The provision of this application model themed on water resource monitoring, has greatly improved the flexibility of application service, initiativity and the components'' extensibility and implantation, the personalization and humanization in business application has been reflected in this at the same time. It has significant reference for the advanced functionality and three-dimensional visualization in the software development in the future.
