防汛防旱会商系统作为江苏省防汛防旱指挥系统的重要组成部分，从防汛防旱业务需求出发，对现有系统进行功能梳理、集成和整合，以提高工作效率、实现资源共享。防汛防旱会商系统以水雨情信息、水利工程信息、实时工险情信息等功能模块为依托，全面梳理并整合现有各类应用系统资源和数据资源；搭建统一的防汛业务应用支撑平台，为各类应用资源的共享提供松耦合的服务总线解决方案；最终在1个（数据）中心、1个（应用支撑）平台、1张（GIS）地图上实现各类信息的综合展现和应用的灵活调用。%The flood and drought control consultation system is an important part of flood and drought control command system of Jiangsu province. Considering the business requirements of the flood and drought control, the existed system is integrated to improve work efficiency and realize resources sharing. The system is based on the water and rainfall regime information, water conservancy engineering information and real-time risk information functional modules. The existed resources of various application systems and data resources are integrated to build a unified platform for the flood and business application support. It is a solution that provides a loosely-coupled service for resources sharing and application. Finally, all kinds of information are displayed and applied on a data center, a support platform and a GIS map.
