创新驱动背景下职业教育与产业转型对接的思考

摘要

In China currently, talents in job markets can not meet the need of industrial development. The article first briefly introduces the history of Chinese vocational education and analyzes the position of vocational education and the problems in collaborating with enterprises. From the perspectve of integration of vocational education and industry under the Chinese innovation-driven development context, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the strategic status of vocational education, how to optimize vocational education and higher education systems and how to strengthen the cooperation between vocational education and enterprises.%当前，中国的人力资本供给与产业需求不匹配现象日益严重。文章概述了中国职业教育发展的历史，分析了职业教育地位及其与产业结合存在的问题，从国家实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下职业教育与产业转型结合的角度，提出了提升职业教育战略地位、优化职教与高教体系、增强职教与产业规律适应的建议。
