协同创新视阈下高职院校人才培养模式的改革与实践

             

摘要

There are four limitations of talents training mode for higher vocational education in China: backward education idea, fuzzy training target, single training process and undesirable management system. As a research precondition and foundation, talents training mode and collaborative innovation are firstly introduced and discussed in the paper. Secondly, five important aspects are researched in details, which include reform of student training mode, construction of advanced education idea, innovation of student training process, transformation of management system and optimization of assessment mode.%我国的高职教育人才培养模式存在四个方面的局限性:教育理念落后、培养目标模糊、培养过程单一、管理体制有待改进。因此,应在探讨人才培养模式和协同创新基本概念的基础上,重点研究在协同创新视阈下的人才培养模式改革,树立高职院校办学新理念,创新人才培养过程,更新管理体制,优化评价方式。
