中等卫生学校三年制护理专业课程设置的问题及对策分析

课程设置是影响教育质量的核心因素，直接关系到培养出来的护理人才的综合素质。针对现阶段中等卫生学校护理专业课程设置出现的问题，在分析其影响因素的基础上，提出了一系列改进措施，使之更加贴近社会的需要。%Curriculum design is the key factor to influence educational quality which will directly impact the professional quality of graduates who major in nursing in secondary medical schools. The paper analyzes the problems in the curriculum design in the nursing specialty of some secondary medical schools and proposes some effective measures.
