利用3G手机的实时视频新闻直播系统

摘要

提出了基于3G智能手机实现视频远程直播系统的方案.方案利用手机的视频拍摄和数据传输功能,实现视频数据的实时传输,并通过电视播出系统和网络流媒体服务器,进行现场直播.最后,给出了方案的实际实现和测试结果.%A design based on 3G mobile phone for live video broadcast system is proposed in this paper. This design uses video capture and data transfer capabilities of mobile phone to implement the real-time transmission of video data, and live video is broadcasted by television systems and network streaming media server. Finally, the actual implementation of programs and test results are given.
