无锡市智慧城市公共安全视频监控平台设计与建设

摘要

This paper introduces the design idea of intelligent video surveillance platform during the construction of smart city in Wuxi,gives the design description of the overall architecture of the city's video surveillance network,defines the application and service functions of the platform,analyzes and introduces several core technologies,such as big data processing,data analysis and mining,video signal intelligent processing,platform visualization application and so on,and puts forward the conception of further deepening design of the platform.%介绍了无锡市在智慧城市建设过程中,智能化视频监控平台设计的思路,对城市的视频监控平台整体架构作了详细说明,明确了平台的应用与服务功能,对其几项核心技术,如大数据处理,数据分析与挖掘,视频信号智能化处理,平台可视化应用进行了分析与介绍,并对平台的进一步深化设计提出了设想.
