适用于快速线的电视机视觉测试系统

摘要

本系统利用创维自研的自校正定位机构实现信号源的自动对接,同时利用比较成熟的图像识别算法,在规定的生产时间节拍内完成电视机主要功能通道(如AV/HDMI/CIA卡/USB/VGA/RF/SD/高清通道/Ypbpr)及附属功能(蓝牙/无线网络/有线网络/LOGO/重低音/同轴/光纤)的快速检测,达到节省人工与提高产品直通率的目标.该系统结合UHF RFID技术与智能制造SCADA/MES系统互联互通,实现产品生产过程中的质量信息快速统计与永久记录,为未来个性化定制与透明化生产提供铺垫.%The system uses SKYWORTH automatic docking mechanism to realize the correct positioning of signal source research, at the same time,the use of image recognition algorithm is relatively mature,complete the main function in the TV channel in the production time (such as AV/HDMI/CIA card /USB/VGA/RF/SD/HD Channel /Ypbpr)and ancillary functions (Bluetooth /wireless /wired network /LOGO/subwoofer /coaxial the fiber /)rapid detection,save labor and improve product rolled yield. The system is interconnected with UHF RFID technology and intelligent manufacturing SCADA/MES system to achieve fast quality statistics and permanent records in the production process,laying the groundwork for future personalized customization and trans-parent production.
