论述了人工免疫系统(AIS)的原理及特点,并将其引入基于尾气分析(EA)的内燃机故障诊断中.分别将内燃机正常状态和异常状态下测得的排放数据经预处理后作为AIS的自体集和非自体集,对抗体集进行刺激,从而得到有针对性的成熟抗体,利用成熟抗体集对试验样机进行故障诊断.结果表明,将AIS与尾气分析法结合起来用于内燃机的故障诊断方法能够有效分辨故障数据,得出比较满意的分类效果.%The principles and characteristics of artificial immune system (AIS) were discussed. The system was applied to the ICE fault diagnosis based on emission analysis (EA). The measured emission data of ICE normal and abnormal state which were pretreated were taken for the self set and non-self set of AIS respectively. The sets were used to stimulate the antibody set to acquire the corresponding mature antibodies. With the mature antibody set, the faults of experimental prototype were diagnosed. The result shows that the way of combing AIS with EA to diagnose ICE faults can recognize fault data effectively. The classified results are satisfying.
