基于DSP的柴油机瞬时转速智能监测节点设计

     

摘要

针对柴油机实车在线监测中车内空间有限及变速变载的情况,设计了基于嵌入式系统的柴油机智能监测节点.在对磁电式转速传感器及外卡式油压传感器信号进行同步采样后,利用零相位滤波将瞬时转速的计算精度提高了50倍.利用外卡式油压传感器信号定位到柴油机工作周期后,可监控柴油机工作周期内的转速波动值,进而定位失火故障.%For the speed and load changing and the space limitation in the online monitoring of diesel vehicle, the intelligent monitoring nodes based on the embedded system were designed. After sampling the signals of magnetoelectricity speed sensor and gripper piezo crystal sensor synchronously, the transient speed was calculated. In the calculation, the application of the zero-phase digital filtering made the precision improved by 50 times. Using the gripper piezo crystal sensor signal to gain the diesel work cycle, the speed fluctuation in a work cycle could be monitored and the misfire fault could be found further.
