Taking the isentropic efficiency and pressure ratio of turbocharger compressor as the targets ,the objective function was built according to the penalty function based on the multi-objective design .The geometric parameters of main blade for the original compressor were extracted and the geometric restraint conditions and performance database were established .The opti-mization and design results showed that the isentropic efficiencies of compressor increased by 3 .95% and 3 .29% respectively in the altitude of 0 m and the altitude of 2 500 m ,and the varying-altitude performances improved obviously .%应用多目标优化设计思想,以某涡轮增压柴油机压气机的变海拔等熵效率和压比为优化目标,以惩罚函数的形式建立了目标函数。在原压气机的基础上,通过对主叶片进行几何参数提取,确定了几何约束条件并建立了相应性能数据库。优化结果显示,在海拔0 m和海拔2500 m工作条件下,等熵效率较原型机分别提高了3.95%和3.29%,变海拔性能得到显著优化。
