车辆发动机缸套—活塞环磨损试验研究

         

摘要

In order to realize the wear failure analysis and simulation calculation of vehicle engine cylinder liner and piston ring,taking the cylinder liner and piston ring friction pair as the research object,the wear samples with the same cylinder liner and piston ring material were made,and 8 groups of sample wear experiments with different pressures and velocities that simulated the cylinder liner wear condition near TDC were designed based on the Latin Super Set.According to the wear data,the wear mass and wear rate of cylinder liner sample were analyzed.The wear surface morphology of cylinder liner sample in different wear stages were further researched through the sample surface SEM.With the method of response surface fitting,the formula of K coefficient in Archard adhesive wear model under different conditions were established,which brought the reference for the wear simulation calculation of engine cylinder liner and piston ring.%为了实现对车辆发动机缸套—活塞环磨损失效分析和仿真计算,以缸套—活塞环摩擦副为研究对象,制作与缸套—活塞环相同材料的磨损试样,采用拉丁超立方法设计了模拟缸套上止点附近磨损的8组不同压力与速度的试样磨损试验.依据磨损试验数据,分析了缸套试样的磨损质量和磨损率的变化过程;通过试样表面电镜扫描,分析了缸套试样不同磨损阶段的表面形貌特征;采用响应面拟合方法,建立了不同工况下Archard黏着磨损模型中磨损系数K的计算公式,为发动机缸套—活塞环磨损仿真计算提供基础.
