浅析民办本科院校师资队伍建设的问题与对策

摘要

College teaching staff construction is an important content of undergraduate education quality engineering, and the gurantee of high-quality teaching team construction. Combining with the status quo of the teaching team construction of private undergraduate university, the paper summed up and analyzed the problems existing in it and proposed four countermeasures on teaching team construction.%高校师资队伍建设是本科教育教学质量工程的一项重要内容,也是高校高水平教学团队建设的重要保障.文章结合目前国内民办本科院校师资队伍建设的实际,归纳和分析了当前民办本科院校师资队伍建设中存在的突出问题,提出了师资队伍建设的四点对策.
