Taking evaluation of knowledge innovation risk from start-up enterprise as object of study, an analysis, in which an evaluation index system is established on the basis of knowledge input, transfer, output and overflow, is conducted, and then, an unascertained measure model is introduced to evaluate knowledge innovation risk of start-up enterprise. Feasibility and reliability of this model is examined by an instance. The creative introduction of unascertained measure model into knowledge innovation risk of start-up enterprise in this study successfully makes the application of unascertained mathematics an extension to one new field, which will provides an effective management tool of knowledge innovation management for start-up enterprise.%以创业企业知识创新风险评价为研究对象,对创业企业知识创新系统进行分析,从创业企业知识投入、知识转化、知识产出和知识外溢角度构建知识创新风险评价指标体系,进而引入未确知测度模型,对创业企业知识创新风险进行评价,最后通过实例验证未确知测度模型在创业企业知识创新风险评价中的可行性,评价结果可靠.本研究柘宽了未确知数学的应用领域,创造性地将未确知测度模型引入到创业企业知识创新风险评价中,为创业企业有效的知识创新管理提供了依据.
