高校岗位津贴制度作为高校薪酬制度的一个最重要的内容,是高校对资源进行有效配置的重要手段,在促进教师的工作积极性、提高高校的核心竞争力、形成人才集聚力等方面发挥了巨大的作用.文章通过对现行的高校教师岗位津贴考核所存在的问题分析,结合双因素理论构建了高校教师岗位津贴评价体系.%As an essential part of universities' payment system, post allowance system is an important way for universities to use resources in an effective way. It plays a role in promoting teachers' enthusiasm, improving universities' core competency and bringing together talents. This paper makes an analysis on the problems that exist in the present post allowance system, and then designs a post allowance assessment system of university teachers based on two factors theory.
