普通高校艺术学院实验教师队伍存在的问题与对策

Ordinary college of art mainly train applied art talent. Its experimental teachers play a significant role in the experiment and practice teaching. At present, there are many problems existing in experimental teachers team of ordinary college of art. To solve the problems, we can establish the experiment center, reinforce experimental teachers team, improve the business level, train professional ethics, encourages to independently do experiment, and establishment the performance evaluation system, which is helpful to promote the construction of experimental teachers team.%普通高校艺术学院主要培养应用型艺术人才,其实验教师队伍在实验实训教学中发挥着举足轻重的作用.目前来看,普通高校艺术学院的实验教师队伍存在一定的问题,可通过采取成立实验中心、充实实验教师队伍、提高业务水平、培养敬业精神、鼓励独立完成实验课、建立考核制度等一系列措施来解决这些问题,促进实验教师队伍的建设.
