建设工程项目动态管理协调技术研究

摘要

Based on the research results at home and abroad, the paper defines and demonstrates the connotation and characteristics of dynamic management of construction project. On the basis, it presents coordination technology of dynamic management of construction project, and establishes coordination mechanism from the coordination of target, management, technology, organization behavior and culture.%本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,对建设工程项目动态管理的内涵、特征进行了界定和阐述.在此基础上,重点对建设工程项目动态管理的协调技术进行介绍,并从目标协调、管理协调、技术协调、组织行为协调以及文化协调等五个方面出发,建构了建设工程项目动态管理的协调机制.
