The academic dissertation is one of important manifestation modes of scientific research activity. Many colleges and universities take academic dissertation as an important part of improving the academic level of school and scientific research strength, and formulate relevant incentives one after anther, to encourage researchers to publish scientific papers with high level, so as to promote schools' scientific research development. In this paper, numbers of papers included in the three index of South China University of Technology during 2005 -2009 were analyzed, and the influence of current research management system in South China University of Technology on publishing scientific papers with high level was discu&Bed, so as to further improve the management system.%学术论文是科研活动的重要表现方式之一,众多高校把学术论文作为提升学校学术水平、科研实力的一项重要内容,纷纷制定相关鼓励政策,鼓励科研人员发表高水平的学术论文,以此促进学校科研发展.本文对2005年-2009年间华南理工大学三大索引收录论文数进行分析,探讨华南理工大学现行科研管理体制对华南理工大学发表高水平论文的影响,进一步改进科技管理体制.
