多目标模糊分析法在移民搬迁安置中的应用

摘要

As the construction of hydraulic engineering inevitably results in numbers of involuntary migrants, how to successfully deal with the migrant settlement is an important issue for government agencies. Based on the migrant settlement plan of ZouMaTang project, this paper analyzes and optimizes several programs by using multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory and the results are consistent with actual experiences. Therefore, multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory, which is practical in scheme optimization of migrant settlement, will provide reference for related agencies.%水利工程的建设不可避免地带来大量的非自愿移民,如何妥善解决好移民的搬迁安置问题是政府部门工作的重点.文章以走马塘工程移民搬迁安置方案为例,利用多目标模糊分析法对移民搬迁安置的各种安置方案进行了分析和优选,得出的结论与实际具有较强的一致性.因此,多目标模糊分析法在移民安置方案优选中具有较强的实用性,可为有关部门进行移民方案优选提供参考和借鉴作用.
