论地籍测绘的市场化改革

摘要

Cadastral mapping is a major source channel of land management information, but also an important factor affecting the development of national economy. In this paper, it analyzed the main drawbacks of China's current cadastral mapping in detail, and proposed the views of getting rid of these disadvantages from the market-oriented reforms point, with a view to play reference for the market-oriented process of China's cadastral mapping and promoting the smooth construction of China's market economy.%地籍测绘是土地管理信息的主要来源渠道,也是影响国民经济发展的重要因素之一.本文就当前我国地籍测绘存在的主要弊端进行了详细的阐述,并就从市场化改革的角度来革除这些弊端提出了自己的看法,以期对我国地籍测绘的市场化进程起到借鉴的作用,促进我国市场经济建设的顺利进行.
