我国钢铁集团资金集中管理模式研究

摘要

This article analyzes the common models for the centralized management of the funds and the premise to select models. Through the above analysis, the management mode which combines the centralization and decentralization of power is good for enhancing the Group's management of liquidity, and the Group's external competitiveness.%文章通过分析集中管理资金的常用模式、以及选择模式的前提,试图找出与我国钢铁集团战略和特点相符的模式.分析得出相融式资金集中管理模式是提高我国钢铁集团管理资金的能力,提升集团的外部竞争力的有效方式.
