核电站是一个超级复杂的巨系统,设计活动专业多、范围广、时间跨度大,并且许多核电设计活动之间具有往复迭代过程,给设计进度计划的编制带来了非常大的困难.文章中提出的编制流程为核电工程设计进度计划的编制提供了一个具体的操作指导.%It is very difficult to develop a nuclear power plant engineering & design schedule because the nuclear power plant engineering & design activities include so many disciplines and there are lots of iterative relationships between the activities. The developing process proposed in this article is a practical guideline for planners to develop a nuclear power plant engineering & design schedule.
