The application of Systemic Functional Linguistics theories in the analysis of business English listening and speaking discourses can better reveal language features of this specific resgister. This work is of great reference and applied value for business English professionals to carry out business communications and promote mutual understanding. The statistics and analysis of company "Sales Review And Performance Report" (SRAPR) discourses prove that it is feasible and valuable to apply the three-metafunction theory of Systemic Functional Linguistic to business English listening and speaking discourse analysis, and that the discourse and languge features of business English listening and speaking discourses correspond with external factors such as context, purpose and intention of communication, etc.%运用系统功能语言学理论来分析商务英语听说语篇可以更好地揭示这一特定语域的语言特点,这对商务荚语从业人员进行商务交际和沟通具有重要的参考应用价值.对公司“销售情况回顾和绩效报告(SRAPR)”类语篇进行的统计与分析证明,将系统功能语言学三大纯理功能理论应用于商务英语听说语篇分析是可行的、有价值的,而且,商务英语听说语篇的语篇、语言特点与语境、交际目的与意图等外部因素有着必然的对应关系.
