基于高职物流人才培养的陕西物流人才需求调查与分析

摘要

社会上物流人才的需求状况决定了高校物流专业的设置与发展方向.高职物流教育作为培养企业基层和中层高素质、高技能物流人才的摇篮,如何培养出符合社会需要的物流人才,成为当前迫切需要解决的问题.文章通过对陕西境内物流人才需求状况的调研,以期为高职物流教育更好地培养适应社会发展需要的人才提供科学依据和借鉴.%The social logistics talents demanding decides the setting and the development direction of Logitics Sepciality. Vocational higher logistics education, as the cradle for training enterprise grassroots and middle high qualified, high skilled logistics talents, shoulders how to cultivate qualified logistics personnel, which becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the investigation on the logistics talents demanding in Shaanxi, this article aims to provide the scientific basis and reference for cultivating the qualified logistics personnel for vocational higher logistics education.
