Environment protection for enterprises is more social benefits in short term, and the laws and regulations of environment are not perfect or do not enforce the law strictly, which makes environmental protection industry absorb the talents deficiently. Environmental protection industry also needs technical support and participating in R & D directly, which increases the pressure of employment.
