“持学历农工”现象探析

“持学历农工”是指在中国二元户籍制度下,持农业户口在城市中从事非农业工作且拥有高等学历证书的人员.本文通过对持学历农工身份的界定和分析,提出现阶段在我国“持学历农工”现象存在的问题,为政府引导“持学历农工”合理流动和规范管理提出建议.%Peasant-worker holding a degree means that under binary household registration system workers holding a degree and rural registration do non-agricultural jobs in urban areas. The paper defined their identity, and put forward the problems existing in peasant-worker holding a degree, and raised a proposal on government leading the reasonable movement and standard management for them.
