In the experiment, there are big errors because of wrong operations. There are several types of wrong operations, such as the weighing scale does not keep balance, reading the data before the piezometers are fixed, and so on. This paper is aimed at these wrong operations, analysing the influence caused by the wrong operations. By comparison, we get to know that some wrong operation's influence is huge, and cann't be ignored. What we can do is to try our best to avoid the wrong operations.
