Under the high fierce market competition, and the further development of information technology, the advent of virtual enterprises will help companies to deal with the high risk market by using more flexible operations management. At beginning of this paper, it states the principle of the virtual enterprise. After that, it discusses the current situation of supply chain operations management in pharmaceutical companies in China. At the end, there shows an operation model of virtual pharmaceutical companies based on supply chain operations management.
