陕西省上市公司资本结构与企业绩效关系研究

摘要

By the linear and quadratic model based on the regression analysis, the relationship between corporate performance and capital structure of listed companies in Shaanxi province are investigated. The empirical results show that the capital structure of listed companies and firm performance as measured by ROE in Shaanxi is the significantly quadratic function. Indicating the existence of Shaanxi optimal capital structure of listed companies.%本文通过构建资本结构与企业绩效线性模型和二次模型,对陕西上市公司的相关数据进行回归分析.实证分析结果表明,陕西上市公司资本结构与以资产净利率衡量的企业绩效间存在显著的二次函数关系,指明了陕西上市公司存在最优资本结构.
