Starling from analyzing the concentration ratio of international iron ore market to both supply and demand, by calculating the Herfindahl-Hirshiman index, the paper analyzed the degree associated with the interests of both and the market supply and demand with demand and supply curve, and made a qualitative assessment of the structure of international iron ore market. Based on (his evaluation and game theory, it analyzed the negotiating parties of iron ore, and made the relevant policy recommendations for Chinese steel enterprises.%它首先从分析国际铁矿石市场供需双方的集中度着手,通过计算赫芬达尔-赫施曼指数,分析双方利益关联程度并用需求供给曲线分析市场的供需状况,对国际铁矿石市场结构做出了定性评价.在此评价基础上,它又基于博弈理论,对铁矿石谈判各方进行分析,并对中国钢企提出了相关的策略建议.
