文章阐述了公共图书馆实行岗位设置的科学依据及意义,并通过介绍宁夏图书馆在探索岗位设置中的一系列具体做法,再次强调岗位设置对加强图书馆专业队伍建设的重要性.%The article expounds the scientific basis and significance of public library implementing post setting, and through the introduction of a series of specific practices of Ningxia library in the exploration of the post setting, the importance of post settings to strengthen construction of library professional team is re-emphasized.
