This paper briefly describes the status of basic spatial data and the problems of the dissemination and application to be solved, describes the method of massive spatial data management and the way of using ArcIMS to publish, proposes achieving means of the application server development, eventually explains the specific practical achievement combining with examples.%本文首先简要介绍了基础空间数据情况,以及在发布和应用中需要解决的问题.阐述了海量空间数据的管理方法、利用ArclMS进行发布的方法,在应用服务器的开发上提出了实现手段.最终结合实际应用举例说明了具体实现情况.
