论高职大学生不良学习动机的自我调适

摘要

在归纳高职大学生不良生学习动机具体表现的基础上,从个体的角度详细分析了高职大学生在学习过程中出现动机不足或动机过强的原因；针对这些原因,探讨了不良学习动机的自我调适方法.%Basing on the conclusion of specific performances of vocational college students' unsuitable learning motivation, the paper analyzes the causes of vocational college students' learning motivation deficiency or excess in detail during their study from the individual perspective, and discusses the methods of self-adjustment to the unsuitable learning motivation in accordance with these causes.
