近年来,社会在不断呼唤技能型人才,且呼声越来越强烈.文章文章结合本校实际情况就如何快速培养出技能型人才提出相关建议.%The society urgently needs skilled talents in recent years. Combined with practical situation of Yantai Engineering & Technology College, the relevant suggestions of cultivating skilled talents in a short time were put forward in this paper.
