建设工程项目安全管理机制探讨——基于本质安全理论视角

The construction project has features of large investment, long working time, high construction difficulty, complex technique, and many project participants, and there are many unforeseen factors, which is one of the special control keys of China's safe production. Based on perspective of the theory of essential safety, the safety management mechanism of construction project of essential safety was built with practical experience.%建设工程项目具有投资大、工期长、施工难度高、技术复杂、工程参与方多的特点,不可预见的因素较多,是我国安全生产专项治理的重点之一.本文基于本质安全理论的视角,结合建设工程项目安全管理的实践经验,构建了本质安全化的建设工程项目安全管理机制.
