The noise of one aircompressor exceeded the noise standard in a workshops, and its cause is tested and analyzed in this paper. According to the analysis of the results of the test, a comprehensive scheme of noise control, including sound absorption, sound insulation, etc., is made. A mathematical model of aventilating fan cover is established, and the relevant parameters are determined. Then a set utility controlling approach is implemented.
