基于熵权法的山东省区域科技创新能力评价研究

摘要

区域科技创新能力是指对区域经济社会发展的贡献能力,具体表现为将新知识转化为新产品、新工艺、新服务的能力.本文根据《山东科技统计年鉴2009》 提供的数据,利用熵权法,对山东省各市的区域创新能力进行了系统评价,这对于制定山东省区域创新发展战略有重要指导意义.%The regional scientific and technological innovation capability refers to the ability to contribute to social development of the regional economic, and it specifically expressed in the ability to make the new knowledge into new products, new processes and new services. Based on the data provided by Shandong Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook 2009, using entropy weight, and giving a systematic evaluation of regional scientific and technological innovation capability of cities of Shandong Province, this article have important guiding significance for the development of regional innovation development strategy of Shandong Province.
