为研究和改变当代大学生学习动力不足的现状,在传统教育学、教育心理学的基础上,我们创造性的提出了大学生学习动力模型,这是一个定性的力学模型.以该模型为基础,以著名心理学家戴维·麦克利兰的成就动机理论为指导,深入开展调查研究,以期探索大学生学习动力不足的深层(尤其是心理学层面的)原因.%On the basis of tradidtional pedagogy and educational psychology, we creatively raise up the model of college students' learning motivation to do some research on changing the present situation about college students' lack of learning motivation. It's a qualitative and mechanical model. On the basis of this model and under the guide of McClelland Achievement Motivation Theory, we try to find the home reason about college students' lack of learning motivation.
