文章对河北津西钢铁集团股份有限公司轧钢厂2000KW粗轧机机前工作辊道在生产过程中出现的问题做了详细的分析,确定其改造方案,介绍具体的改造方法,经过实践证明,小改动带来大效益.%The article analyzes the problems in production process of 2000KW rough rolling front mill table in rolling mill of Hebei Jinxi Iron&Steel Group Co., Ltd., to determine its transformation plan. It describes the specific methods of the transformation. It is proved that big benefits are brought with small changes.
