教学信念是教师对教学过程中相关因素所持的信以为真的观点、态度和心理倾向的总和.本文运用问卷调查法对农村初中化学教师的教学信念展开研究,结果表明,随着教师教龄的增长,农村初中化学教师的教学信念发生显著性变化.%Teaching beliefs are teachers' credible views. attitudes and psycholoOcal tendency for relevant factors in teaching process. This study rnapplied questionnaire survey method to research the teaching beliefs of rural middle schools chemistry teachers. The result shows that the teaching beliefs rnhave undergone notable changes with the growth of teaching experience.
