高校青年教师思想道德建设的思考与对策

摘要

Young teachers' ideological and moral construction in university restricted the further development of higher education in China. Thus, the author summarized existing problems in university teachers' ideological and ethical construction; through analysis, it proposed the corresponding solution to provide a certain reference for China's higher education reform%高校青年教师思想道德建设问题,是制约我国高等教育进一步发展的一个重大问题,对此,笔者从总结高校教师思想道德建设方面现阶段存在的问题入手,经过深入分析,提出了相应的解决思路,为我国高等教育改革提供了一定的参考借鉴.
