At present, the trend of fire of building is rising, espectially high-rise building, losses grow continuously. Among them, one important reason is that smoke control facilities are inadequate. Therefore, strengthening oversight of smoke exhaust facilities of the high-rise building audit is particularly important. This paper expounds the installation of the smoke facility of high-rise buildings from the meaning of set, the site, the technical requirements, etc.%目前,建筑特别是高层建筑的火灾也呈上升趋势,造成损失也不断增大.其中,一个重要原因在于防排烟设施不完善.因此,加强高层建筑防烟排烟设施的监督审核工作就显得尤为重要了.本文从设置的意义、设置的部位、设置的技术要求等方面来阐述高层建筑防烟排烟设施的设置.
