浅谈监理工程师应具备的基本素质

在建设施工中,监理工程师要承担对整个工程项目实施进行全面监督和管理的责任.在一定程度上,监理工程师的素质高低决定了整个工程项目的质量水平.本文试讨论一个合格的监理工程师应具备的基本素质.%In construction, supervision engineer shall bear the reaponsibilities of comprehensive supervision and management of the whole project implementation. To a certain extent, the quality of supervision engineer dictates the quality level of the whole project. This paper tries to discuss the basic quality that a qualified supervision engineer should have.
