'校漂'对高校稳定的影响及管理对策

Although "school communities drift" have no relationship of administrative subordination, they are one of undergraduates. Meanwhile they are not registered, and have complexity and mobility. what make it difficult to manage them.thus it may bring some hidden troubles for universities. So how to solve the blind area of administration has been a new task of management This paper analyzed the influence of "school communities drift" to stability of university, and discussed the strategy.%"校漂族"与学校并无隶属关系,但他们俨然是高校中的一员,同时由于其不属于学校注册的学生,人员构成复杂,流动性很大,因此学校很难对他们进行统一监控管理,易给高校的稳定带来隐患,所以如何整治这些管理盲区,已经成了高校管理工作的新课题,本文从"校漂"对高校稳定造成的影响着手分析,探讨解决对策.
