交往型大学生思想政治教育工作模式研究

摘要

交往型大学生思想政治教育工作是为了加强大学生思想政治教育实效性,促进大学生个性化发展而实施的创新举措,它形成了高校学生和辅导员之间深度交流的新型互动模式,体现了"人本化"育人理念和主体间性的交往行为.笔者根据自己的实践经验分析了交往型大学生思想政治教育的内涵和本质,探索建立了交往型大学生思想政治教育工作模型.%The ideological and political education of contact-type college students is to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promote the individual development of students, and it forms a new mode of depth interaction between college students and counselors,reflects the concept of "people -oriented" concept of educating; people and communicative action of intersubjectivity. Based on the author's own experience, the paper analyzes the content and nature of ideological and political education of contact-type college students, explores the establishment of a communication-based model of ideological and political education.
