集散控制系统在工业流程控制中设计与应用

摘要

集散控制系统(DCS)是当今工业过程控制领域广泛应用的主要控制系统之一,在控制技术上产生了巨大的影响.在本文中综述了集散控制系统在工业控制中的应用现状及其特点.探讨了集散控制系统在实际应用中设计方法与综合应用,最后介绍DCS未来的发展趋势,为工业自动化控制研究提出参考.%Distributed Control System (DCS)is one of the main control systems which are widely used in industrial process control field, and had a tremendous impact on the control technology.In this article, the application status and characteristics of distributed control systems in industrial control are summed up.The design methods and integrated application of the distributed control system in practical applications are discussed, and finally the future trends of DCS are introduced, to provide reference for the study of industrial automation control.
